Shilpa Shinde: Big Boss 11 Winner
From being a daily soap actress to a reality show winner..
Shilpa Shinde is an Indian Television actress. She made her television debut in 1999 in a daily soap “BHABHI” which was aired on star plus.
After that she has been on several television drama but she rose to fame after her role as Angoori Bhabhi in “Bhabhi ji ghar pe hain”.
Early in her career she has also worked in two Telugu films named Chhina and Shivani.
There were many ups and downs in her career. She left the serial Do dil ek jaan as she felt that her character is not giving her much attention.
Then she also left the much talked about serial “Bhabhi ji ghar pe hain” due to some issues with the production house.
She also did an item song Maro line from the movie “Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi”.
And then in 2017 she entered a very popular reality show “Big Boss season 11” with her acquaintance Vikas gupta who was not in good terms with her before and during the show as well.
On 14th January 2018, Shilpa was crowned as the winner of Big Boss 11(44 lakhs prize money) beating Hina khan as the runner up alongside Puneesh sharma and Vikas gupta.
She said that “My confidence to win Bigg Boss did not come from the number of fans I had before entering the house. I am always confident that I am a good person. I have a lot of patience and tolerance, so I was confident to fight the game on that basis.”
If we talk about her future plans she very much disheartened by the way she has been treated in the Television Industry so she is now looking forward to work in the film industry.
Twitter recorded 41 million tweets during the the show and this made the most popular season Big Boss.
